A domain or URL has the wrong Type. How can I correct it?

You can correct this yourself, there is no need to contact support. Find the domain or URL in the Domains or URLs table, click the classification label on that row, then search for the right type, including any custom type you have created, or create a new one. The override saves immediately and is marked so you can tell it apart from an automatic classification. You can reset it back to automatic at any time.

Note: this is a one at a time correction from the table. There is currently no bulk edit for classifications.

Our system automatically tags sources on the domain and URL level by analyzing and categorizing their content and other characteristics.

However, there are instances where this automated process may incorrectly classify certain sources, assigning them an incorrect type. This can happen when a domain's content or purpose doesn't fit neatly into our predefined categories, or when the system encounters edge cases it hasn't been trained to recognize.
