How do I delete a project?
You can delete a project from the projects table in your company settings. Deleting a project frees its prompts, or its credits if you are an agency, for your other projects.
To delete a project:
- Navigate to Settings → Projects under the Company section.
- Find the project you want to remove.
- Delete it from the project table.
Before you delete
- If you want to keep a copy of the data, export the chats first: click the three dots for the project, then Export chats → Generate export.
- If you only want to stop tracking for a while, pause the project instead. A paused project keeps its data.
