How do I edit or replace a prompt without losing its history?

To change a prompt's wording, archive the old prompt and add the new version. Archiving keeps the old results.

To replace a prompt:

1. On the Prompts page, open the Active tab.
2. Select the old prompt and click Archive.
3. Click Add prompt, enter the new wording and click Add.

Archive or delete?

• Archived prompts stop running, keep their history and no longer count toward your prompt limit. You can reactivate them from the Archived tab with Activate.
• Deleted prompts lose their history. You can only delete a prompt from the Archived tab.

To archive several prompts at once, select them with the checkboxes or Shift-click.
