How do I pause or resume a project?

Pause a project when you want to stop tracking it for a while but keep it and its data.

To pause a project:

1. Navigate to Settings → Projects under the Company section.
2. Click the three dots for the project.
3. Click Pause project and confirm.

To resume it:

1. Click the three dots again.
2. Click Resume project.
3. Make sure you have the required prompts available, then click Resume.

What happens while a project is paused

• Its prompts stop running, and no new data is collected.
• You can still review the data collected before the pause.
• Data that would have been collected during the pause can't be recovered later.
• Its allocated prompts no longer count toward your limit and can be assigned to other projects. For agencies, its credits go back to your pool and need to be allocated again when you resume.

Please note: pausing isn't available on Starter plans.
