How do I set up fact-checking?
Fact-checking compares what AI says about your brand with facts you provide. It needs two things before it shows results: your facts, and the prompts to check.
1. Add your facts
- Navigate to Project settings → Facts.
- Add one fact per line, up to 50 at a time. Or click Build facts with AI to get suggested facts from your project profile and website.
- Make sure the facts you want checked are active.
Your plan determines how many facts can be active at once.
2. Choose the prompts
Click Choose prompts in the page header and select the tracked prompts you want checked. Your plan determines how many you can select.
When results appear
Claims come from answers generated after you select a prompt, so it can take up to a day for the first claims to appear. Each claim is marked Contradicted or Supported. A claim that none of your facts speak to gets no verdict, so a small fact list means a quiet page.
If you disagree with a verdict, open the claim and change it.
