How do I turn a pitch project into a customer project?

A pitch project stops automatically after 7 days, but its data is kept. You can convert it into a customer project and keep tracking.

To convert a pitch project:

1. Click Settings in the side panel.
2. Navigate to the Projects section.
3. Click Pitch at the top left of the table.
4. Click the three dots next to the project.
5. Select Convert to customer.
6. Adjust the models and prompts for the project.

A customer project uses credits from your plan. 1 prompt x 1 model x 1 day = 1 credit, so check that you have enough credits available before converting.

To create a new pitch project, click Add new project → Pitch project, fill in the details and click Add pitch project.
