How often do my prompts run, and can I change the frequency?

Active prompts run once every 24 hours. You'll see your first insights within 24 hours of adding them.

Can I switch to weekly tracking?

On the Scale and Comprehensive plans, you can switch a project to weekly tracking. Weekly tracking uses a third of the credits of daily tracking.

You can see each project's frequency in the projects table in Settings → Projects. Daily means the prompts run every 24 hours.

Can prompts run more often?
