Why hasn't Brand Perception updated?

Brand Perception runs on its own set of AI answers, not on your tracked prompts. Its numbers don't move with your daily prompt runs and can differ from your Overview dashboard.

To see when it runs next:

  1. Navigate to Brand → Perception in the side panel.
  2. Hover over the timestamp above the headline. It shows how long ago the last run finished and the estimated next run.

You changed your industry

Changing the Industry does not start a new run automatically. Hover over the timestamp to see when the next run is due.

The Industry decides which competitors you are measured against, so keep it specific.

The numbers differ from the dashboard

  • Perception follows the model filter at the top of the page, but it doesn't use your tracked prompts.
  • The Objections score is averaged over all runs and does not follow the date filter.
