What is Win Rate, and how is it different from visibility?

Win Rate and visibility both measure how your product shows up in AI Shopping answers, but they answer different questions.

• Visibility: This is the percentage of chats where your product is mentioned. It shows how often your product appears in AI recommendations.

• Win Rate: This is the percentage of chats where your product is the number one recommendation. It shows how often your product is recommended first, rather than just being included.

How to read these metrics together?

A product can have high visibility but a low win rate. That means it appears in AI recommendations often, but it's rarely the top recommendation.

Use Visibility, Win Rate, and Position (your average ranking when your product appears) together to understand not just how often your product is mentioned, but how prominently it's recommended. You'll find all three metrics in the Products table and in each product's detail view.
