Position shows the average ranking of your brand in AI responses — for example, whether you're mentioned first, second, third, and so on.
We analyze how AI formats its replies, then detect your brand's position based on how many paragraphs, bullet points, or other brand names appear before yours. This includes all brands mentioned in the response, not just the competitors you've set up in Peec AI.
For example, if an AI response mentions three brands and yours appears second, your position for that response would be 2. We then average this across all responses where your brand appears.
