What’s the difference between Pitch and Customer Projects?

Every Peec AI account includes Customer Projects. For agencies, we also offer Pitch Projects.

Here's how they differ:

  • Customer Projects are your default active projects (the ones you pay for). You decide how many prompts to run and which models to track. By default, prompts run once a day (though enterprise plans can customize this frequency) as long as they are active.

  • Pitch Projects are free and run a specific number of prompts (depending on your agency plan) for 7 consecutive days since the time of creation, then automatically stop. We keep all data afterward so you can convert it to a Customer Project later.

You can use Customer Projects to track your brand performance over time or to track clients you've already signed. Use Pitch Projects to show clients, for whom you want to sell your GEO services, how they are currently doing and highlight opportunities to optimize their visibility.

If you are an agency, you can easily create either project type by clicking the "+ Add new project" button in the project dropdown at the top left.

For Brands, you can only create Customer Projects. The amount you can create will depend on your plan.
