Tags help you organize prompts so you can analyze performance by category instead of looking at everything at once.

Common ways to use tags

  • By topic (email marketing, social media, SEO)

  • By product/service category (CRM tools, analytics platforms)

  • By persona (agency owners, marketing managers)

  • By buying stage (awareness, consideration, decision)

Start simple with one dimension. Once you have 50+ prompts, you can add more complexity with a second tag dimension. Find more inspiration for tag types here.

How to add tags

  • In the prompt table: Click the Tags column for any prompt to add or edit tags.

  • Bulk tagging: Select multiple prompts using checkboxes, then click Assign Tags in the action bar at the bottom.

How tagging prompts can help your brand

Let's say you tag prompts by funnel stage. You might discover your brand has strong visibility in "awareness" prompts but rarely appears in "decision" prompts β€” that tells you where to focus your content strategy.
