How can I invite my colleague or client to Peec?

In Peec AI, you can add members either as a "Company Member", "Project Member", or as a “Project Viewer”.

How to invite a user to a project?

  1. Open the Member section in Peec AI.

  2. Enter the client’s email address.

  3. Click on the “Invite to” dropdown menu and select the desired type of invitation

  4. Click on “Invite” to send the invitation.

What can each role do?

  • Company Members: Can see and edit all of the existing projects within your account and create new projects. Additionally, they can see the billing and add, remove, or edit the roles of other team members.

  • Project Member: Can only see and edit the projects that have been shared with them.

  • Project Viewer: Can only see the projects that have been shared with them.

Use Project Member or Project Viewer for client access to keep other projects private.

Please note that only Company Members can invite other users to a project.

Common Issues with Invitations

  • My Client/Colleague isn’t receiving my invite: Make sure that you have entered the correct email address and check if the email landed in the Spam folder. If the issue persists, reach out to [email protected] to get it sorted.

  • “Trial Ended” Message: This usually happens if the invited user had already created an account before with Peec that they are still tied to. To resolve this, write a message to [email protected] with the users email address and the name of the project they are being invited to so the team can remove the connection.
