How can I transfer a project to a different account?

If you've created a project but would like to move it to another account, that's no problem. We can help you transfer it seamlessly.

To get started, reach out to our support team. You can contact us in two ways:

  • Click the chat bubble in your dashboard for instant assistance

  • Send an email to [email protected]

In your message, please include:

  • The name of the project you wish to move

  • The account (workspace) the project should be moved to

Our team will handle the transfer for you. No data will be lost in the process, and all your content, settings, and configurations will remain intact. Once the migration is complete (usually within 5 minutes of support answering your ticket), your project will continue running smoothly under your new account.
